While we GOP are eating our own on this side of the pond, Obama is doing his “thing” in Europe — campaigning as usual — and hugging Islamists!

An interesting bit from White House reporter Tangi Quéméner’s latest pool report from the G-20 in Cannes, France:

[President Obama] entered the room at 1:15 and took to his left, heading to Angela Merkel and Nicolas Sarkozy. They chatted for a few seconds before British Prime minister David Cameron joined them. Hard to understand what they were saying amid the cameras noise. POTUS then took a stroll to Australian Premier Julia Gillard who got a hug as European president Herman van Rompuy, European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso and Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan were watching. Eventually the Europeans got a handshake but Erdogan got the hug treatment.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan sure doesn’t deserve a “hug” from a U.S. President, considering his ties to Hamas and his feelings toward Israel.

Just more Obama being . . . Obama!

Letting his socialist slip show ever again, our POTUS has another “Joe the plumber” moment in the above CBS News clip, starting at about 1:40 in.

OBAMA: Let me just first of all say that workers like you, for the federal, state, and local governments, are so important for our vital services. And it frustrates me sometimes when people talk about ‘government jobs’ as if somehow those are worth less than private sector jobs. I think there is nothing more important than working on behalf of the American people.

FEDERAL WORKER: I thought I would be more important and secure.

OBAMA: I agree with you.

Is this guy ever for real? When he wants to take YOUR hard earned $$$ and give them to his guv’ment cronies he is.
