It’s only been roughly 14-weeks since President Barack Hussein Obama took the oath of office and promised to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Perhaps his flubbing of that oath was more meaningful than anyone could have realized. For in a mere 4-1/2 months this administration has altered the very fabric of what binds us together as Americans. For whatever reason, and they sure aren’t being “transparent” about it, Obama and Co. seem hell-bent on turning us into something else. Well, the man promised us CHANGE, and damn if he ain’t gonna give it to us whether we decide that we like it or not.

Take the hostile actions against capitalism for instance, specifically the takeover of General Motors via a forced bankruptcy and the firing of incumbent CEO Rick Wagner, by his highness BHO his own self, and the installation of government lackey former AT&T head Edward E. Whitacre, Jr. As Laer at Cheat-Seeking Missiles comments:

This is far more radical than anything I thought Obama would be able to pull off, even in eight years, let alone 14 weeks. Following on yesterday’s SCOTUS decision which said, basically, a contract is no longer a contract so investors can expect no protections, the critical condition of glorious American capitalism could not be more apparent. I worry that it will not survive until 2010’s mid-term elections.

Even more radical is Prez BHO firing the inspectors general over at Americorps after first trying to force IG Gerald Walpin to quit. Failing that effort, IG Walpin was fired and is now on 30 days leave with pay, as the law that Obama voted for as a Senator requires. Michelle Malkin has a full roundup of links and excerpts documenting the dishonestly of this move by the White House, and the interference by the First Lady as well — begging the question:

Can you possibly imagine the outrage of the liberal press if “W” had done anything like this? Or anyone else besides his highness the mighty BHO? The Anchoress has this lyin’ SOB pegged and has coined a new name for him: President Opposite!

“Obama should be called “President Opposite,” I told him. “He’s like a boy with his hand in the cookie jar saying, ‘I don’t want a cookie.’ He says he doesn’t want to run banks, but he keeps them under his control. He says he doesn’t want to run the auto industry, but he turned down a proposal that could have saved them. Obama doesn’t want to control your health care except he does. He was like this even as a candidate, when he said he would use public funds for his election campaign, then amassed more donations than anyone in history. We’re going to spend our way into prosperity, too. No earmarks in the porkulus bill? it’s loaded up! Opposite.

I am learning that he says the precise opposite of what he actually does, and so everything he says must be held up to a mirror and read backwards. Actions speak louder than “words, just words.”

Speaking of “just words”, Prez BHO’s promises to, and track record on how to treat, our allies isn’t very good, either. On the 9th, CBS News World Watch had a post on Obmamas attitude toward Israel which includes this little tidbit.

Israel’s Channel One TV reported that Netanyahu was told Tuesday by an “American official” in Jerusalem that, “We are going to change the world. Please, don’t interfere.” The report said Netanyahu’s aides interpreted this as a “threat.”

Of course, as JoshuaPundit makes ever clear, Barack Obama is NO friend of Israel, whatever he says notwithstanding.

Barack Hussein Obama was the product of a marriage between a third world Muslim diplomat an anthropologist whom her friends described as fairly left wing. She had likely swallowed the line common in those circles about the evils of American society, western colonialism and imperialism, of which Israel was considered an outpost.

He then spent his formative years as a Muslim, something he was caught lying about during his campaign until the evidence came to light. And it’s uncertain exactly how long he remained a Muslim, if a sporadic one. As he recently revealed to Jake Tapper, he took a trip to Pakistan during his college days when there was a travel advisory in effect and very few people travelled to the country unless they had official government business or were Muslims.

During the period in college when, by his own admission Barry Soetoro was changing himself into Barack Hussein Obama, his hero and role model was the arch anti-Semite Malcolm X. It’s largely forgotten today, but while Malcolm X eventually eased up on his hatred for the White Devils provided they embraced Islam after he returned from making the hadj to Mecca, he remained a Jew hater until he died.

We also know that Barack Obama had extensive and documented links with Israel basher, terrorism apologist and academic fraud Edward Said when he was at Columbia, as well as major connections with the Saudis and the Nation of Islam through Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal and his advisor, Khalid al-Mansour AKA Don Warden, a well known American Islamist with ties to both the Black Panther Party and the Nation of Islam.

He also has donated millions to establishing Saudi controlled Middle East Studies departments – including at Harvard, Obama’s alma mater, where he ponied up a mere $20million.

After college, Obama attended Louis Farakhan’s foul anti-Semitic orgy in Washington DC, the Million Man March.

And as we all know, as part of establishing himself in Chicago Barack Hussein Obama spent two decades sitting in Trinity United Church with the anti-semitic Jeremiah Wright ( an ex-member of the Nation of Islam and a close friend of Louis Farakhan’s) as his pastor and spiritual mentor.

Barack Obama does indeed have something against Israel, and it stems from his deepest beliefs. And now that he’s in the White House, it’s obvious he’s prepared to act on it.

It’s also obvious that with the reelection of Mahmoud (I really want to kill ALL the Joooooooooooos) Ahmadinejad to the Iranian Presidency that Israel will now be forced to act against Iran’s nuclear facilities sooner rather than later.

While Israel plans the dismantling of Iranian nukes, the Obama administration plans the dismantling of American cities: US cities may have to be bulldozed in order to survive — Folks, you just can’t make this stuff up!

Dozens of US cities may have entire neighbourhoods bulldozed as part of drastic “shrink to survive” proposals being considered by the Obama administration to tackle economic decline.

It’s safe to assume that if you were a supporter of the Obama campaign you’ll get a better shake on this deal than if you supported McCain. That’s what happened in the Chrysler dealers’ purge, remember?

Gotta tell ya, in all the years that I’ve been voting, and that’s quite a few, win or lose I’ve always felt that we could get through anything the next 4 years would bring.

This time — I’m not so sure . . .
