King President Barack Hussein Obama — Apologizing, Prostrating America Before The World

Ya know it’s gettin’ out of control when even the Brits have had enough of our Prez, BHO his own self, goin’ all over and apologizing for the United States being . . . well, the best, strongest country this world has ever known. From the Telegraph UK:

No leader in American history has gone to greater lengths than Barack Obama to make amends for his own country. From condemnation of American “arrogance” in a speech in Strasbourg to acknowledging U.S. “mistakes” before millions of Muslims on Arab television, Obama has rarely missed an opportunity to apologise for the actions of the American people.

President Obama has elevated the art of national self-loathing to new heights, and seems to delight in prostrating the most powerful nation on the face of the earth before its critics and rivals, especially on foreign soil. The Obama worldview revolves around the central premise that the United States must be humble and “engage” and work with its enemies through the application of “smart power”. There is nothing smart, however, in appeasing rogue states such as North Korea or Iran.

The Obama doctrine is now lying in tatters after North Korean tyrant Kim Jong-Il and Iranian demagogue Mahmoud Ahmadinejad met Obama’s recent overtures with missile tests and even a nuclear blast from Pyongyang. The president’s video message in March offering “a new beginning” to “the people and leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran” was followed by the launch of a surface-to-surface missile with a range of 1,200 miles capable of reaching southern Europe. Incredibly, the U.S. response has been to slash defense spending, with a dramatic scaling down of plans for a global missile defence shield.

The world today is considerably more dangerous than it was in the days of the Bush Administration, and the Obama White House has nothing to show for its weak-kneed efforts. The brutal truth is that the United States is increasingly viewed as a soft touch by its enemies, increasingly jeered rather than feared.

Now that the world no longer has a reason to “fear” US — ’cause we’re like all ready to “listen” to them and instead of “kicking their ass” when they get out of line we’ll “talk” and “reason” with them, use “smart power”, whatever the hell that is — it’s pretty much game, set, match on the world stage and we aren’t the winner. Combine that with good ol’ Prez Barry gettin’ in touch with his inner Muslim and making statements like the following and the thinking American, as opposed to the feeling Amerikan, has to ask, WTF?

“Now, the flip side is I think that the United States and the West generally, we have to educate ourselves more effectively on Islam.

“And one of the points I want to make is, is that if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we’d be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world. And so there’s got to be a better dialogue and a better understanding between the two peoples.”

Geez, the Prez’s math skills are a bit rusty! Michelle Malkin, along with also questioning his math, is asking, “America the 57-state caliphate?!”

But even if we assume there are six million Muslims in the US, that makes it only the 34th biggest Muslim country in the world – behind Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, Nigeria, China, Ethiopia, Algeria, Morocco, Afghanistan, Sudan, Iraq, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Tanzania, Syria, Malaysia, Niger, Senegal, Ghana, Tunisia, Somalia, Guinea, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Burkina Faso and Tajikistan.

OK, I get it now. We Americans are worth of nothing but to be self-loathing, back-bending, Islam-loving servants to an all powerful federal government run by the smartest man in the worldbet he even drinks Dos Equis. Hmmm, but who could that possible be? Well, if you’re Brian Williams, evening news anchor for NBC, you’ve already decided who’s the United State’s first Monarch-in-Chief.

Hey, as Mel Brooks says in History of the World, Part whatever, “It’s good to be the King!” For the King, yeah — But, not so good for US.

Didn’t we already have this conversation about, oh, 233 years ago?
