The profiteers here in Oklahoma are already charging the 60cents-per-pack federal tax increase on cigarettes with intentions to pocket it until April 1 methinks. Another group is buying up all of the popular ammo from Walmart as soon as it arrives and charging much higher prices for it at gun shows.
