Over at Newsbusters, in an article about Chevy Chase and his wife’s reaction to the Saturday Night Live skits making fun of the GOP VP candidate, Sarah Palin, Mark Finkelstein writes this segment on the couples’ work to make our nation’s classrooms green:

Environmentalists In Virtually Every Classroom

In the course of describing her environmentalist work and the charity auction she and her husband are conducting, Jayni Chase let this nugget slip.

JAYNI CHASE: I started the Center, but right at the moment, what I’m doing is taking my green-schooling work to Earth Day Network. And Earth-Day Network is virtually in every classroom across the country. And that’s what I’m–I just, getting into schools and not just putting solar panels on and then going home but trying to do five model schools, soup to nuts, and the money we’re raising, that’s what it’s going to go to.

So, people with the politics of Chevy and Jayni Chase have succeeded in getting into “virtually every classroom across the country” with their agenda. More evidence that environmentalism is thin cover for left-wing agenda at large.

Kinda makes Gregory Rodriguez’s opinion piece in today’s LA Times, The GOP plays the victim card, seem like just so much hot air, or heated opinion.

Hard-Left Liberals are out there working 24/7 to go all the way down to the kindergarten level to indoctrinate our nation’s children in progressive causes, like the above mentioned environmental activism and in sex education as well. Then, like the women on The View, to McCain’s face they lie about it.

The Obama campaign refutes the ad. They say the legislation taught kindergartners how to discern sexual predators.

Not true. The McCain ad is right. Obama voted in the Illinois Senate to pass a bill for comphrensive sex education for grades K-12.
