Obamamatons Silence Anti-Obama Democratic Bloggers

[Update: Another blogger that was marked as a spammer tries to rebuild his files and find his posts on Obama's slurs mysteriously missing from Google cache. Brin & Page are big lefties. "Do no harm" my hairy hiney!]

Here’s a spine-tingler for ya. Uppity Woman (a non-Barack-supporting Democrat) was driven off Blogger by Barack Obama supporters marking her blog as “spam”. She has a listing of others suffering the same fate:

Old location: http://bluelyon.blogspot.com/ has been unfairly locked up as spam thanks to false “reporting”.

New Location: http://bluelyon.wordpress.com/

Old Location: http://nobamablog.blogspot.com has also been locked out and falsely reported as “spam”.

New location: http://nobamablog.wordpress.com/

Old Location: http://hillaryorbust.blogspot.com/ has been locked out for false reports that she is a “spam” site. This blogger has moved to her own domain at Hillary Or Bust.com

The Hillary or Bust site also lists the following additional blogs have been unfairly locked out due to false “spammer” accusations:

http://reflections-in-tyme.blogspot.com/ (Native Americans Against Obama) (no new site as yet)

http://mccaindemocrats.blogspot.com/ Locked out, new site is:http://mccaindemocrats.wordpress.com/

Locked out: http://politicallizard.blogspot.com/ Locked out, new site is http://thelizardannex.blogspot.com/

http://ascrivenerslament.blogspot.com/ was blocked but was reinstated earlier this month.

That’s real “democratic” of ‘em, huh?

Blue Lyon, also a victim and also moved from Blogger to WordPress has this to say about Blogger’s draconian actions:

["]Automated spam detection is not yet a perfect science["]

Huh. Well, don’t you think your system should be able to tell a blog with nearly 700 posts and that’s been around for oh, say, THREE YEARS, from a “spam” blog???? Let’s work on that, shall we? And in the absence of this sort of flagging on YOUR end, how’s about a little benefit of the doubt for the next set of bloggers that get caught in your “automated spam detection” maze.


Simon Owens at the Bloggasm blog interviewed the owner of Blue Lyon about the “event”:

“I suspect that it was Obama supporters because I think the block was timed to affect blogs prior to the unity event so that we would not ‘rain on the unity parade,’ GeekLove said. “Also, Obama has ads out hiring people with no experience, except the ability to use computers. I presume these are the individuals responsible for silencing any opposition. His campaign has really harnessed the power of the internet and in the process learned to game the system in a way that I find frightening.”

Can the American public be hoodwinked into voting for a Presidential candidate that tries to silence any and all opposition? It’s not like it isn’t status quo for Illinois favorite Senator.

Do I really need to say it?

    I suspect that many online dirty tricks have been used by Obama supporters, for in addition to the never ending avalanche of nasty sarcastic posts from pro Obama bloggers … the unprecedented online fund raising by the Obama camp … the online dominance by several pro Obama websites, like Huffington … and, this recent blocking by anti-Obama bloggers, several times, when I posted anti-Obama, Pro Clinton, pro McCain posts to sites who guranteed the aminitiy of my email address … I ended up getting hundreds and hundreds of pieces of spam in my mail box shortly after each time I posted.

    Whenever I post a pro McCain blog on CNN’s ‘Ask Jack Cafferty’ blog, not only do they moderate my blog and reject publishing it … I immediately get 300 to 600 pieces of spam in my mail box.

    This is interesting because iGOOGLE also censored the DrudgeReport.com on their site last Thursday. Basically what GOOGLE did was remove all gadgets from their site that allowed their users to link directly too or search articles on Drudge. Users use to be able to search the gadgets section and find lots of different gadgets for the Drudge Report. Since last Thursday all gadgets broke and now don’t work that use to work for the Drudge Report. They are also not allowing any new gadgets for Drudge to be uploaded into their site. So you have legitimate Drudge gadgets removed and blocked but you can still find gadgets that point to Drudge bashing websites, hhhmmm. Not sure what you call this but it sure in the hell isn’t a spam filter causing this. This is something someone at GOOGLE had to deliberately remove and block. Looks and smells like CENSORESHIP to me and right before a political election. Wow how is it such a coincidence that this is happening right now? Don’t get stuck on stupid

    Infanticide is one issue that Obama keeps trying to make go away as well. I have a video on it that is quite disturbing where Obama voted three times against a bill stoppong “live birth abortions.” on my own blog.
