The 9/11 Report makes clear that Iran is more culpable for the attack than Iraq because many of the 9/11 highjackers were allowed free movement in and out of Iran even though none of them were residents or citizens. Iran is notorious for very strict border control, but for some of those 19, Iranian border officials just looked the other way.

Here's a deal: The Iranian President is welcome to visit Ground Zero when US weapons inspectors are allowed access to every single uranium enrichment facitlity in Iran.
