“Death Of A President” vs “The Path To 9/11″

Let’s see now –

One, a British Lefty filmmaker creates a nutter “wet dream” of a flick, “Death Of A President”, about President Bush being assassinated in Chicago, and it will be featured at the Toronto film festival next week. As could be predicted, the Left is beside itself with anticipation and glee. The Right is hoping that this will be the final self-inflicted overdose of BDS.

Two, ABC will air a special docudrama on what led up to the catastrophe that was 9/11, and the Left is goin’ bonkers — ’cause it partially holds the Clinton administration responsible instead of laying the entire blame at the feet of George Bush. Paterrico reports that there are strong rumors going around town “that Clinton Administation officials ‘at the highest levels’ are now lobbying Disney officials to pull (or at least edit) ‘The Path To 9/11′ from ABC before it airs on 9/10 & 9/11.”

BTW — Patterico has seen the entire film, and the critics on the Left have only seen the first part, so he should know the skinny. Won’t matter to the Left, though.

Don’t know about you, but I won’t be goin’ to Toronto, or ever watching that crap, but I’ll certainly be Tivo’ing “The Path To 9/11″, that is unless ABC kowtows to the alledged Clinton barrage asking for censorship! That’s real tolerant of them, now isn’t it? (db)
