. . . To root out an entrenched enemy force from bunkers and tunnels — at least what our Marines had to do to take Iwo Jima from the Japanese in WWII.

Bryan Preston does an excellent job as guest host of today’s Vent, and goes a long way to explaining why Israel was unsuccessful in defeating Hezbollah during the most recent battle between the West and Radical Islam. Of course, as he says, the Marines fighting on Iwo Jima didn’t have any civilians to worry about, and the press that was there was supportive of their efforts, unlike Reuters and it nefarious photog.

So check it out — at the very least you can play a mind game of “What if?”

Now . . . just what is ol’ Ahmadinejad up to these days — it’s only three days until Aug. 22nd, and he’s promised the West something big — Uh oh . . . This doesn’t look good! (db)
