Special friend of this blog, The Heritage Foundation’s Mark Tapscott, is one of the 2006 class of inductees for the National FOIA Hall of Fame!
Mark writes regular columns for Townhall.com and blogs at Tapscott’s Copy Desk and at Tapscott Behind the Wheel, and works diligently to protect freedom of speech, holds governmental feet to the fiscal fire as well as continues to lead the reporting of the Joel Hinrichs suicide bombing of last Oct.
