Shouldn't the people that have a right to be outraged actually have lived in Louisiana during the Katrina storm? But don't worry, the only voters this hurricane is actually going to affect are the Louisiana voters, and I can tell you, they are mad at local officials, not federal. They blame Blanco, not Bush.
